With 13 years of service as a Military Physical Training Instructor, Sam has coached thousands – from raw recruits to elite athletes.
He served as Strength & Conditioning Coach for Royal Navy Rugby League, and has helped hundreds of clients online hit their goals through personalised, effective programming.
Sam has also coached in some of the UK’s leading CrossFit gyms, combining elite-level experience with a deep understanding of coaching everyday people.
